Gemma O’Hara

Head of Marketing, Branding & Employee Engagement

Gemma is a communications professional whose specialism is in the world of branding, marketing, employee engagement and internal communications. Working with clients and agencies up to director level and providing support as and when they need it, Gemma helps leaders define their vision, mission and brand positioning and guides them in how to communicate their business and change strategy.

Gemma puts together end-to-end marketing plans and leads high-performing creative and marketing teams. She knows no two projects are ever the same – sometimes it’s intense hand-holding for junior teams with potential or it’s an arm’s length consultative relationship to get a big project over the finish line - but her approach is always based on gaining an in-depth understanding of each client’s specific requirements and then delivering engaging and tailored solutions that create results. Gemma brings energy, ideas and a can-do attitude and loves nothing more than rolling up her sleeves and getting the job done.
